Yes, Wild Salmon is available Spring to Summer. We will start using Sustainably Raised Salmon from various approved farms that will have the best harvest and raised as naturally as possible.
Please note seafood prices do fluctuate according to availability and we portion our serving size according to what the market prices is when we purchase the seafood.

Costco Wholesale is still selling wild king salmon from the U.S.
If past years are any guide, it will be available through September.
This is the first time I've seen king salmon there; usually, Costco sells only wild coho and sockeye.
